I’ve had a lovely day in Ipswich at Briarbank Brewery brewing a collab for our 1st birthday - Wivenhoe Trail Pale Ale. It’ll be a classic English golden ale based on Ken Shales pale ale recipes from his 1960s home brewing book using a trio of English hops - Harlequin, Jester and Olicana to give it a balanced malt and fruity finish.
It’ll be available in bottle conditioned bottles from 10th June.
